Students of The Grand Central Academy of Art (GCA) will be holding their first open studio event Thursday, February 21st, 2013 from 6-8pm. The event will showcase an array of full-time and part-time student work including drawings, paintings, and sculpture, offering a unique chance to see inside the daily life of an atelier. This student-run event and exhibition will take place at Grand Central Academy, 20 W 44th St, 6th floor, New York, NY, 10036.

The Grand Central Academy of Art Open Studio Night is a free event and open to the general public. Refreshments will be served. A selection of works will be available for purchase.
The event will coincide with the open studio night of the Beaux-Arts Atelier (BAA), an intensive architecture program based on the pedagogy of the École des Beaux-Arts.
